6 months old!!!!!! Woah.

Can you even believe it!!?!??!?!?!

Where to start for the blog this week?

Let's start with...

THE MANY FACES OF 6 MONTH OLD LENNAN!!!!

Dum da da DAAAAAAAAA......

OK here we are....
Observing without judgement
Sleepy eyes
Lower lip chew.....gets this from Daddy
Whaaaa?
Getting happy....
HAPPY!!!!
Yes, the little daughter is halfway through her first year and she is so talented.  She can roll over both directions (it was only one direction for a while so she got herself in some jams...), practically sit up (only taking a header once in a while) and is eating solid food (well, solid-ISH.)!!!!!!!!!

And she "talks":

Here is a video of Lennan enjoying the funny faces Daddy is making, while she stands in her exersaucer...also called the "Circle of Neglect.:

This week was Valentine's Day.  Lennan celebrated by trying to eat her gift:

And we went out for lunch for Lauren's birthday and the babies got along very well:
What's that?
Mom, it's touching me!!!!!
How can I get it in my mouth?
What?  I can't eat it?!?!?!??!?!?!?!??!?!  NOOOOOOOOOO!

Oh, I forgot to mention eating her feet as one of her many skills:
Om nom nom!
Beautiful Baby...
Family Day weekend!  Brian and I headed up to Huntsville to hang out with Grandma and Grandad and much fun was had:

The ladies playin' on the mat.  Grandma was excited by all the toys!
Chewing on her new set of keys.
Lookin at some music
Being cute with Grandad
She loves her Sophie the Giraffe!

Playtime with Grandma
Sleepytime with Grandma

Always giggles for Daddy
Or belly laughs!!!!
And sitting on Mommy while she makes funny faces.

Mommy and Daddy took full advantage of the baby minders to have some adventures of their own:

We went Snowshoeing:

AND....

FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 6 MONTHS:

Mommy and Daddy went out for a romantic dinner!  And it was sooooooo good:

AND....

Did I mention this weekend Lennan tried "solid" food for the first time?  Here are the photos of the adventure with rice cereal:

She took to the spoon very well!
I think she likes it!!!

What a smile for Daddy!  He had a turn feeding as well!

It was a group effort.  Grandma took the photos.
Proud Big Girl.

And just in case you want to see the first food adventure more explicitly, here is a video!

HAPPY FAMILY DAY, EVERYBODY!!!!!!
