Adventures of Lennan's First Christmas

Merry Christmas, everyone!
Man, I thought Christmas was fun before, but now it's even more fun with a little person to pass around!  This post will be full of pictures of people holding Lennan.  And other stuff too.  But mostly pics of people holding Lennan.  Here we go:

First on the docket was a visit with the family in Chatham:
Nana Jan had hung the stockings with care.
She didn't forget ANYBODY!
Yep, even the Ding Dongs got treats.  They were pooped after running around in the backyard, ripping up the Japanese Maple.
The bros hung out at the bar and discussed 'apps' and whatnots
Jeff played with his niece the Muppet:

This was right before the dance that will now be remembered as "hot feet on a hot plate."

You had to be there.

Anyhoo, we carried on with the Christmas festivities:

Daddy got some fun toys

So did Leni!

In fact, she tasted them immediately.
Nana and Grandpa played with Santa Baby:

We had to try out her new sled soon after:

Jeff laughed from inside:

Because she was not very enthusiastic:
Bad case of snow-blindness, harnessitis and baby-in-a-snowsuitophobia.  Actually despite this, she seemed in good spirits.
But then Great Grandma came over and made it all better:

All the ladeeeeeez (and Jeff in the mirror)
4 generations of family!
aw.
We also met Great Uncle Bill and Great Aunt Linda:
Need photography lessons.
We also just had some chill out time in the Chats:

Hey! Stop playing with that!
On Christmas Day, we drove down to Windsor and had a lovely visit with Lance's family:

3 Bros
3 Lovely Ladies
Yep, it was a nice time.  Lots of food.  Lots of amazing food.

Hey!  It looks like I even ate a vegetable at one point!!!  Good for me.
Virginia got some baby time.
And Lennan gave her model face like a pro and was passed around like a Christmas puddin'

Thanks for the memories, South Family!!!!

After that, we came back up to Burlington and had a day of relaxation.  Leni entertained herself with her new toys:

And we went for a walk in the beautiful snow:

She has recently discovered her feet, so she did some playing with those things:

THEN.....the North Family joined us for CHRISTMAS 2.0!!!!

Leni was so excited that she fell asleep on Grandma and slept on her for 2.5 hours:
G-ma was A-ok with that.
We pumped the Christmas tunes and had another Christmas morning (2.0) this morning, the 30th.  Here are the memories:
More Santa Baby!  I wonder if that cute hat will still fit her when she's twelve.
Leni opened some presents!  See her trying to work out how to get that paper into her little mouth
tee hee.  She has NO idea what's going on.
Grandpa got a big 'un:

One of my new favourite pics.

New book of Nursery Rhymes.  Sally's gonna help me read them to Leni.
Got a cool sound-making toy.  Good thing we like the sound it makes.

Hope you had a great week!!!!!!!
